How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on your piece and whether the QR Story Video is included. Any added time is shown clearly before you check out.

What's the difference between Trading Cards, Memory Cards, and Magnets?

Trading Cards are collectible slabs built from stats, personality, or a character concept. Memory Cards are 4x4 ceramic pieces for tributes, family, and milestones. Magnets are a smaller, everyday ceramic keepsake.

Can I update my QR story later?

Yes. Each QR code points to a permanent Dealertainment page. Steve can replace or add a video without changing the printed QR code.

Does my story have to be public?

No — you choose whether your story page is public or unlisted when you create your piece.

How does payment work?

You'll pay a design deposit after submitting your order, then review and approve a digital proof before printing begins.

Do you ship, or is pickup available?

Both — choose pickup or shipping when you place your order.
